Event Field Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our Field Marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing high-impact events that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness across our target markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a proven track record in event management within the B2B technology sector.

• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with field marketing objectives and sales goals
• Plan and manage a diverse portfolio of events including trade shows, customer conferences, executive roundtables, product launches, and partner events
• Collaborate with regional sales teams, product marketing, and corporate marketing to ensure event alignment with business priorities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify optimal event opportunities
• Event Execution & Management
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, budget oversight, and timeline coordination
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders, etc.

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise software
• Proven track record of managing events with budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Preferred/ Technical Qualifications: 

• CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or similar event management certification
• Proficiency in event management software and registration platforms
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation
• Knowledge of digital event technologies and hybrid event execution
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes
