For our client, an internationally active company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Manager Aftersales Operations (f/m/d). In this key position as Manager Aftersales Operations (f/m/d) you will ensure a smooth process in Aftersales and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing all aftersales activities to ensure customer satisfaction for leading automotive manufacturers
- You will manage the entire order process, from receipt to on-time delivery
- Work closely with logistics and production teams at European and international location
- You will prepare and lead customer meetings to coordinate delivery dates and optimize processes
- You will ensure high data quality and consistency and monitor and manage accounts receivable
Your skills
- Several years of professional experience in the role of Manager Aftersales Operations (f/m/d) or similar areas
- Good knowledge of logistics, shipping and order processing
- Excellent customer orientation and the ability to align internal processes with customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
- Structured and organized way of working and strong ability to collaborate in international and cross-functional teams complete your profile.
