HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

For an international data center we are immediately looking for a HR Business Partner (f/m/d). In the role as a HR Business Partner (f/m/d), you will be responsible for line management to understand their priorities and objectives and advise and support them on all HR related matters.

• Consult and support management in all HR related matters, e.g. organizational and personnel development, recruitment, training, headcount planning, legal advisory

• Partner to managers to understand their priorities and objectives and translate key business challenges into HR demands and related recruiting needs

• Advising the business divisions through the People &Culture processes and structures

• Actively driving the change process forward & proposing new ways to work more effectively; Recruitment for internal and external vacancies in close cooperation with the Talent Management & Acquisition Team

• Responsible for the management of all personnel related actions and processes like e.g. internal and global ADP transfers, international assignments, mobility etc.

Your skills

• Degree in Business administration with focus HR or comparable as well as relevant professional experience as a HR Business Partner (f/m/d) in an international environment

• Routine in contract and salary negotiations as well as HR legal skills

• In-depth experience in conducting interviews for all levels

• In-depth knowledge of Works Constitution Act and experienced in cooperation and negotiation with staff representatives

• Very good communication style and skills

• Demonstrated ability to work within a team and to exceed customer expectations

• Precise and well organized style of working

• Excellent English/German language skills - oral and written

• Very good presentation skills

• Very good command in MS Office products
